Before we pitched AI-enabled delivery to anyone, we ran the experiment on ourselves. We wanted to see what happened when we took our own advice, and automated the boring stuff.
What we found wasn’t just efficiency. It was space. Room to think, sharpen ideas, build better systems, and coach more deliberately.

What We Changed
We didn’t start with some grand vision. We started with a single question:
"What are we still doing manually that doesn’t need to be?"
Here’s what shifted inside We Lead Out:
Meeting notes became structured solution designs — created from transcripts
Proposals began drafting themselves — using pre-filled prompts and company context
Documentation turned into an AI-assisted process — not a manual slog
Internal follow-ups, QA checks and recaps started running silently in the background
We didn’t build custom software. We used what we already had, OpenAI, Salesforce, n8n, Google Docs and taught it to work how we work.
What It Unlocked
With the time we saved, we didn’t just go faster.
We went deeper.
We used that time to:
Refine our delivery patterns before using them in the field
Build out reusable prompt libraries and AI agents that scale across projects
Coach clients through AI adoption instead of doing the bare minimum
Design better operational models with space to test and iterate
Hold higher-quality discovery sessions without the rush
This was never about headcount reduction.
It was about doing more of the work we care about, and doing it better.
