What you’ll do
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Lead workshops, capture requirements, and translate them into Salesforce-enabled solutions.
Configure Salesforce (Agentforce, Flows, Omnistudio, reports, dashboards, permissions, etc).
Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to deliver quality solutions.
Contribute to testing, training, pre-sales, and building reusable assets.
What we’re looking for
2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant
Salesforce Administrator certification (Consultant certs highly valued).
Agentforce Specialist certification
Strong BA and facilitation skills, with hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
As a growing consultancy, you’ll take on a broad role spanning architecture, client advisory, and occasional pre-sales.
Interest in AI, automation, or data capabilities within Salesforce is a big plus.
