Chris brings a rare mix of strategic clarity and delivery experience to every engagement. With a background in both solution design and transformation leadership, he specialises in helping organisations define their direction, architect fit-for-purpose platforms, and deliver programs that scale.
From advising on vision to embedding in execution, Chris works at the intersection of strategy and systems, turning complexity into momentum.
